Marc is one of the owners and founders of AquaNeo, and is currently employed as the operations director.
With a wealth of experience in the recreational water industry, Marc is in day to day charge of all aspects of the company’s workflow, ensuring that all deadlines are met to the highest of standards.
With a military background, Marc brings this dedication and punctuality to his role within the company, leading by example.
Dave Perry
Dave is the other half of the partnership which founded AquaNeo, and is currently employed as sales director.
With experience of the recreational water industry, and coming from a sales background, Dave works tirelessly liaising with current clients and speaking directly to interested parties to gain work and keep an ever increasing workload running smoothly.

MEET SAM!
Sam Johnson is our lead engineer and a vital and ever present cog in the wheel that is AquaNeo. Sam heads up our team of highly skilled engineers on the ground and oversees all aspects of the wide range of work that the AquaNeo team carry out on a daily basis. These include planned and preventative maintenance tasks, new installations and invaluable electrical fault finding and diagnostics.
Sam comes with over 8 years of experience in the recreational water industry and has carried out a variety of installations throughout the UK and Europe. His extensive knowledge and experience has helped establish AquaNeo as one of the UK’s leading recreational water companies and he continues to help develop and push our standards to even higher levels of excellence.
